Approval of the quote constitutes a binding agreement between the parties. All costs in the quote are based on the project being executed according to the defined and approved timeline.

If the project is postponed, halted, or if the conditions change after the project has started or after the final brief, we reserve the right to revise the given cost estimate or invoice the accrued/increased costs.

For travel outside Stockholm, the actual cost of the trip will be charged. At a minimum, a mileage allowance of SEK 55/km will apply for travel by private car. Travel time is billed at SEK 750/hour per production team member.

For total travel costs exceeding SEK 5,000, we will specify these separately in the quote unless otherwise agreed.

For models or other additional services purchased on your behalf, acquisition of props, or rental of special equipment, you will be charged the actual cost plus SEK 1,400/hour for the time spent on acquisition if ordered outside the scope of the quote.

Usage rights are specified in the terms outlined in the quote. For changes or extensions to the usage rights, please contact Wonderwork for a separate quote. Unless otherwise agreed, the client has the right to use the final approved and completed material for marketing purposes, such as their website, social media, and events. The usage rights are non-exclusive.

If the client wishes to use the material for additional marketing or advertising purposes, a request must be made to Wonderwork. The client is not entitled to grant, copy, or transfer the material to third parties.

Wonderwork and relevant subcontractors (photographers, writers, etc.) reserve the right to use the material for their own marketing and informational purposes. However, this will not occur before the client has published the material in their desired channels.

Copyright remains with the copyright holder, such as the photographer, writer, illustrator, or Wonderwork Communication Stockholm AB. The copyright holder does not have the right to distribute, copy, sell, or transfer the material before the client has published it in their desired channels.

Upon approval of the quote, we will invoice 50% of the total amount in advance if the order exceeds SEK 50,000.

Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date.

In the event of late payment, interest on arrears will be charged according to the Swedish Interest Act plus 6%.

In the event of a missed or canceled production, you will be charged 50% of the total production cost in the quote if cancellation occurs less than five working days before the scheduled execution.

For text production and design assignments, two rounds of revisions are included. For film production, three rounds of revisions are included. Any additional changes will be charged based on a new quote or at an hourly rate of SEK 1,400/hour.

In the event of a dispute, it shall be resolved in Swedish public court, applying Swedish law. If the client goes bankrupt or is liquidated, the rights to the material revert to the copyright holder immediately.
